I’m a New Zealand native, adopted Australian - ex-executive turned gumboot wearer and prolific ideas guy.

If you’re looking for me you’ll never find me as I’ve just dragged the family trans-tasman into a little cottage, in a little corner of the South Pacific.

I trained in the social services/sciences (BA Sociology, Dip. Social and Community Work, Cert Social Services, currently studying Horticulture (!)) and am a successful public policy escapee.

I like to think I’m a strategic generalist; I have a special interest values-driven leadership and problem solving.

I have three little boys and am a fully fledged cricketer’s wife, so most days I’m just walking around yelling things like “don’t bat each on the head other while your brother is in bed“, and sneaking in two minutes peace by digging in the garden while the cricket’s on.

After a long and unfruitful search at finding my one ‘passion’, I realised I’m happiest in two places: 1) in the garden and 2) Solving Problems.
